LayerSlider <= 6.2.0 - Cross-Site Request Forgery
The LayerSlider plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in versions up to, and including, 6.2.0. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the ls_save_screen_options() function. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers to create an administrative account via XSS, which the attacker can use to perform SQLi attacks. Assuming they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
