TextMe SMS <= 1.9.1 - Missing Authorization

The TextMe SMS plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized access due to a missing capability check on the tetxme_update_option_page() and textme_update_account() functions in all versions up to, and including, 1.9.1. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to update the plugins settings.
